Battery volt meter

why would my battery volt meter accumulate moisture inside the glass? Was using it for yard work but just casually driving around doing the weed whacking...

Well...duh....lol
After getting new batteries just thought it might have been a sign of a wiring issue.

i use the waterproof ones ... never had that problem
