I have a 36 volt 2008 EZ-GO TXT PDS golf cart. I cleaned cables and raised electrolyte levels using distilled water. Charged batteries and level never got above 35 volts. When I tried to use forward or reverse all that would happen was a click and machine would rock forward or reverse and stop in both directions. Assuming batteries is probably the problem since they wouldn't charge above 36 volt?
