now the batteries
first i checked all cables and water in batteries ..all ok
pack is at 16.5v
i have a DPI charger that only needs 12v in the battery pack
so i hooked it up and let it go over night and got 39.3v in the morning
then let it sit for 2 days and it was down to 32v so i put it's own charger on it and in a few hours its showing full charge , going to keep charging it everyday
using a battery tester batteries , 3 are good 3 are bad
so i charge it to 38.3 v which is the batteries fully charged
i get a click but no movement ??? everything to the solenoid is good

no sound of grinding in the rear , just a click
now i think is the problem is either the controller or motor so tomorrow i'll jack up the cart and do some testing

here is my secret weapon a 36v dpi charger with jumper cable clamps i can jump any 36v cart
dpi charger.jpg

i got it free from a guy who said it stopped working ... never have had a problem with it

THANKS OUTL4W HOPE NOTHING MAJOR IS WRONG
