I have a 2006 Precedent. Last fall cart ran great. Got it out two months later now and it will start out normally but then go to about 1/2 speed. Batteries have all been checked good (replaced them 5 months ago. They charge to 13.2 volts. When in series I am getting about 52 volts under load (as fast as cart goes right now). I have changed the MPOR, speed sensor, and the fwd/reverse switch (all the cheap parts). Not sure what else to look for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

it is a problem with the speed sensor they go bad sometimes also they are put in wrong

You hear the Solenoid click every time
You press the go pedal and again a few seconds after the pedal is released and the cart is stopped.
If not, the cart will go into limp mode the next time you press the pedal
