DS 1996 DS

Hello, new to forum and golf carts. Have 1996 Club Car DS 48volt. Will not run.

1. I see 48 volts on all 4 studs on the motor. Is this Normal?

2. voltage goes to 0 when I push the accelerator.

YES THAT IS NOMAL
BUT MOTOR SHOUJD RUN
DO YOU HAVE A PIE SHAPED F/R SWITCH?
START WITH MOTOR
HERE IS MOTER TEST

S-1 & S-2 are the same as F-1 & F-2

I have tested the motor, it operates forward and reverse when tested directly. I have found some trouble shooting step from block buster golf carts and will be continuing on with those. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

if it is the OBC by pass it is the next step i was going to say... you have to watch battues closely never let them get over 60v
